- Anyone can have a Tapni on their phone regardless of the model they have 🤩
- They don't connect to the phone they are on, they connect to the phone they are sharing information with.
- Even if the other person doesn't have a phone on this list, you can still share your information with your QR code located in Tapni App (upper right corner)!
On the iPhone, the NFC reader is located at the top center of the phone. See picture below. Here you can find more information for iPhone users.
The NFC reader position can vary on Android devices, but is usually in the center of the device. Samsung and Google provide precise information about the location on their respective devices.

If you share with one of these devices, follow the steps below to activate their NFC reader:
Step 1: Go to "Settings"
Step 2: Click on "Control center"
Step 3: Scroll down and find the "NFC tag reader" under the "More Controls" section.
Step 4: Once found, tap on the "+" to add it to your control centre.
Step 5: Exit the Settings app. Launch the Control Centre and tap on the NFC tag reader icon.
Step 6: Simply hold your device up to your Tapni product and it should automatically recognize it.

Android devices:
If your Android device is on the list but not working, make sure that NFC is activated in the phone's settings.
