What if I haven’t received the product yet?

The tracking link says that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it yet. What to do?

We would like to inform you that once your order is shipped, we rely on the same tracking information provided to you for updates on the delivery status. 

Our system reflects the information we receive from the courier, and unfortunately, we do not have access to any additional insights beyond what is shown on the tracking link.

In this situation, we kindly request that you contact the courier directly to further investigate the matter. They will be able to provide you with more detailed information regarding the delivery of your package.

The courier's contact details should be available on the tracking page.
